Terms of Use

By using GoingOutPhilly you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.

Information only

GoingOutPhilly lists Philadelphia events and ticket prices for general information only. Nothing on the site is financial or purchasing advice. Any price label or trend is our read of the data, not a promise about what prices will do.

Prices are not guaranteed

Event listings and prices come from third-party ticket marketplaces (currently Gametime) and are shown as of the time we last checked. Prices and availability change often, sometimes within minutes. The price you see on the marketplace at checkout is the one that counts, and we can't guarantee any price, seat, listing or event detail shown here.

Third-party marketplaces

Buy links take you to other companies' websites. Those sites have their own terms, policies and fees, and any purchase is between you and them. We are not responsible for their listings, tickets, service or refunds.

Referral fees

We may earn a referral fee when you buy through links on this site. It doesn't change the price you pay.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without any warranty. Information may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You use it at your own risk, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

Venues, performers and teams

GoingOutPhilly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any venue, performer, promoter, league or team. Their names are used for identification only.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
